Cytek Aurora
Aurora is a 5-laser (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 640 nm) full-spectrum cytometer equipped with 64 photodetectors, which is suitable for ultra-deep phenotyping due to its ability to distinguish fluorochromes with very similar spectra. Currently, it allows measurement with up to 50 color panels. Furthermore, due to its ability to measure and normalize cellular autofluorescence, it is suitable for measuring complex samples with high autofluorescence background.
BD FACS Symphony A5 SORP
BD Symphony A5 SORP is the most modern classical cytometer. It is equipped with 5 high-performance lasers, 31 fluorescence detectors and 3 scattered light detectors (see configuration). BD LSR Fortessa SORP

LSRFortessa SORP is a standard flow cytometer equipped with 5 lasers (see configuration), which is capable of detecting up to 18 fluorescence parameters. Currently, the instrument is certified for measurement in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) mode and several GMP tests are available for analyzing the effector function of immunotherapeutic products - e.g. NK cells and CAR-T lymphocytes.

NucleoCounter NC-3000 is an advanced imaging cytometer enabling high-speed cell counting based on fluorescence. The system incorporates a range of tests for cell counting and viability determination.
Miltenyi gentleMACS Octo
The gentleMACS Octo system is an automated and standardized tissue dissociator for preparing single-cell suspensions. It is equipped with 8 heatable positions for sample preparation, which can be independently controlled. Several protocols are available on the instrument for preparing single-cell suspensions from mouse spleens and tumors, as well as from human tissues.
