Transplant Unit

The transplant unit is intended for patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic transplantation. It has five single rooms, which, thanks to a special ventilation system, provide a safe environment for the period of hematopoietic suppression.
Each room has its own bathroom and refrigerator. Rehabilitation with the provision of appropriate physiotherapy equipment is also part of the transplant stay.

Recommendations for hospitalization for allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation can be found here.

Tel. contact: 221 977 288.

Location: 2nd floor of building B.

Visits are possible throughout the day, but preferably between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Respiratory protection and a disposable gown are required to enter the ward – we recommend bringing your own respirator. If necessary, access to the ward may be restricted, and visits may be prohibited during periods of respiratory infections. In individual cases, visiting hours may be extended after consultation with the physician.

PROVISION OF INFORMATION
We provide information about the condition of patients to their relatives not only in person, but also by telephone. It is always necessary for the patient to consent to the provision of information to the inquiring person – i.e. for that person to be listed in the patient's informed consent form. In the case of a telephone conversation, the identity of the caller will be verified by a password specified by the patient when signing the consent form. Telephone consultations are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
