Department of Academic Clinical Studies (OAKS)
The Department of Academic Clinical Studies (OAKS) was established to provide professional support for non-commercial, academic clinical trials in which UHKT acts as the principal investigator or national coordinator for the Czech Republic. The Department of Academic Clinical Studies utilizes its affiliation with the infrastructure of collaborating clinical units of the CZECRIN scientific network (Czech Clinical Research Infrastructure Network). Through this membership, academic clinical projects developed at UHKT benefit from professional support, particularly in the areas of data collection and processing, monitoring, and pharmacovigilance oversight.
