Scientific Board

The Scientific Council is an advisory body to the director of UHKT, which in the course of its activities:

• assesses the concept of scientific and professional activities of the institute and participates in the development of this concept, participates in the coordination of lectures and seminars organized by individual departments of UHKT
• proposes coordination of research activities in the interest of work rationalization (preventing duplicates in research activities, transferring research findings into practice, implementing the latest treatment methods)
• assesses proposals for grant projects, discusses interim and final reports on their solution, expresses itself on the results achieved by grant projects
• assesses and records other research projects, clinical and laboratory studies
• assesses proposals for the inclusion of employees in scientific preparation, participates in the training of doctoral students and in the ongoing evaluation of their work and in the assessment of doctoral dissertations
