Special methods of clinical flow cytometry

Since 2012, the laboratory has been implementing an interlaboratory comparison program for special methods of clinical flow cytometry within the Czech and Slovak Republic:

• Immunophenotyping of blood malignancies (IF)
• Diagnosis of blood malignancies – interpretation of findings (Dg)
• CLL measurable residual disease (CLL MRD)
• Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH)
• Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria by highly sensitive technique (PNH-HS)
• VASP phosphorylation of blood platelets (PLT-VASP)
• B-ALL measurable residual disease (B-ALL MRD)
• AML measurable residual disease (AML MRD)
• HCL measurable residual disease (HCL MRD)
• T-ALL measurable residual disease (T-ALL MRD)
