Cytek AuroraImage

The Aurora is a 5-laser (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 640 nm) full-spectrum cytometer equipped with 64 photodetectors. It is highly suitable for ultra-deep phenotyping thanks to its ability to differentiate between similar dyes. Currently, up to 50 color panels are feasible. Furthermore, complex samples with a high autofluorescent background can be analyzed thanks to the ability to record and subtract cellular autofluorescence.

BD FACS Symphony A5 SORPImage

The BD Symphony A5 SORP is the most advanced classical cytometer available. It is equipped with 5 high-power lasers, 31 fluorescence detectors, and 3 scatter detectors (see configuration). Several 30-color panels for immunophenotyping are available in our lab - for more details, contact us.

BD LSR Fortessa SORPImage

The LSRFortessa SORP is a standard flow cytometer equipped with 5 lasers (see configuration). It is capable of detecting up to 18 fluorescent parameters. Currently, this system has been certified for GMP measurements. Several GMP tests for effector functions of immunotherapeutic products, i.e., NK cells and CAR-T cells, are available.

ChemoMetec NucleoCounter NC-3000Image

The NucleoCounter NC-3000 is an advanced image cytometer for high-speed fluorescence-based cell counting. Several built-in counting and viability assays are available.

Miltenyi gentleMACS OctoImage

The gentleMACS Octo is a fully automated and standardized tissue dissociator for the preparation of single-cell suspensions from tissue samples. It is equipped with 8 independently operated heated positions for sample preparation. Protocols for the preparation of single-cell suspensions from mouse spleen, tumors, and human tissues are available.
