Range of IHBT Lab Complex Services
The IHBT Lab Complex provides highly specialized laboratory tests. The IHBT Lab Complex comprises individual laboratories related to a given clinical, transfusion or research department.
In 2009, the Czech Standard CSN EN ISO 15189:2013 (Medical laboratories - Requirements for quality and competence) was implemented in the IHBT. The management system is regularly assessed by the Czech Institute for Acreditation.
The established system includes the organization structure, procedures, processes, and resources needed for the laboratory quality management in the tenor of the Czech standard CSN EN ISO 15189, and it defines tasks, competences and responsibilities of individual IHBT Lab Complex staff members.
The aim of the IHBT Lab Complex is to provide the best services in the best quality. We work towards the quality, complexity and availability of laboratory services for all patients.
IHBT Lab Complex Process Management Strategy
We established the risk management to achieve an efficient process monitoring and assessment as well as planned preventive precautions and raising the Lab Complex quality of performance.
