IX. Annual Coagulation and Bleeding Congress 2026
As is now tradition, May brings an important opportunity for everyone whose practice involves hemostasis, thrombosis, and the treatment of bleeding conditions. On 14 and 15 May 2026, the picturesque town of Loket will host the IX. annual Coagulation and Bleeding 2026 conference - an event held under the auspices of ÚHKT that brings together leading experts in the field each year.
Coagulation and bleeding are among the topics that touch a wide range of clinical disciplines – from hematology and anesthesiology through cardiology to surgery and intensive care medicine. The conference offers space to exchange the latest findings, discuss complex case studies, and meet colleagues who face the same everyday challenges.
In the past, this congress has been held in beautiful locations across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This year, we have chosen Loket in West Bohemia for the gathering — a picturesque medieval town dominated by its Gothic royal castle.
As has become customary, we will open the entire event a day earlier with the charity bike ride Ride against bleeding, whose aim is to encourage patients with hemophilia to make sport a part of their everyday lives.
