Employee Rights Ombudsman

ÚHKT establishes the position of Employee Rights Advocate (Ombudsman) with the aim of preventing negative behavior in the workplace and increasing employee satisfaction and safety. The ombudsman's competencies include:

• equal treatment,
• discrimination,
• sexual harassment,
• bullying,
• obstacles in employment relationships.

The Employee Ombudsman is an external expert with no prior ties to the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

The Ombudsman advocates for and prioritizes employee interests and presents measures to the employer for their protection.
