Line B, Karlovo náměstí (Charles Square) station – walk from the southeastern corner of the square (Faustův dům - Faust House) approximately 60 metres up the street U Nemocnice. The entrance to IHBT is on the left side of the street, right opposite to the General University Hospital (Všeobecná fakultní nemocnice).
