Jan 22, 2010 The European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week 2010 will be held from January 24 to 30. As an ECCA member, the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion organizes an information campaign for blood donors and the interested public, including patients, employees, family members and friends. Information leaflets and the Pearl of Wisdom as the symbol of the cervical cancer prevention campaign will be distributed during the week. It will provide an opportunity for the interested public to sign up the petition to STOP cervical cancer in Europe. The campaign will be held from Monday, January 25 through Friday, January 29, 2010 at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, building A, ground floor, at the reception desk for blood donors. From 8 a.m. to 11.30 a.m., it will be intended for blood donors and from 12 a.m. to 1 p.m. for other interested persons.
